Frequently asked questions

How does Gogogo use my calendar?

Gogogo reads the next 12 hours of your Google Calendar when it is time to figure out if you need a reminder. We do not store your calendar events in our database.

What data do you store?

Only what is required to run the service: your Google identity, an encrypted refresh token, your phone number, your home location, and your notification preferences. Sensitive fields are encrypted before they reach our database.

How do reminders work?

Gogogo creates a notification job for each event that needs a reminder. Before sending, we re-check your calendar to make sure the event is still on.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can remove your account and all stored data from the dashboard once you are signed in.
